Shipping Policy

  1. All orders placed post 6:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per delivery timelines followed by our courier service provider.

  2. Any order placed/booked on Saturdays will be automatically processed for dispatch on the following Monday or on Next Working day. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday.
  3. Orders booked during any festival month, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
  4. Applicable shipping charges will be levied basis the delivery location.
  5. Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  6. Vrindaam’s products are not eligible for pay/cash on delivery.
  7. Vrindaam’s products will not be delivered anywhere outside of India. However, you can buy our oils in India and easily carry them with you overseas (these are natural products).

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Vrindaam’s products cannot be returned or replaced once delivered.
  2. Vrindaam does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Vrindaam.
  3. In case of any refund, Vrindaam’s executive will contact you by email or phone to remit the refund.
  4. Once order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.
  5. For any express deliveries, customer needs to write to us (at [email protected]) with their special request, which only if feasible will be considered.

Grievance

  1. All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
  2. All emails should be marked to [email protected].
